Our Personal Shopping Service has a team of three renowned top stylists offering professional style coaching to customers. Thanks to their years of experience in the fashion and lifestyle industry, each stylist offers personal shopping advice of VIP standard. Each treats her personal shopping clients as a “neutral good friend”, helping them make the right fashion purchases.

Your Personal Shopping

Our personal shopping experience begins – by appointment – in the relaxed atmosphere of our new Personal Shopping Lounge on the fifth floor. Enjoy a little refreshment, while discussing your wishes with the stylist to enable her to consider your fashion needs during the consultation.

Following the initial conversation, the stylist will accompany you on your visit of our different departments, assisting you in making your selection from our fashion and accessories. You may try on your fashion choices in our stylish and comfortable Personal Shopping Lounge. Your stylist will take as much time as you wish.
With professional tips on the right size, colours and outfit combinations, you then finally know what best suits your own type. After the appointment, you can shop to your heart's content – now knowing what garments make a worthwhile investment.

From now on the three stylists, Alexa Dahmen, Mischa Oexle and Coren Pollok, will be offering their professional service, often otherwise reserved for VIPs, to customers shopping at LUDWIG BECK, Kaufhaus der Sinne. For the way we see it, everyone, male and female alike, deserve good styling.

Alexa Dahmen

The repertoire of this international stylist includes fashion shows, photo productions for well known brands and magazines as well as costume design for films. Men particularly appreciate her fashion expertise. With positive energy, Alexa Dahmen advises on how the classical style can be ideally combined with the latest fashion trends.

Mischa Oexle

This experienced fashion expert has already worked as a style coach for numerous fashion companies, magazines and TV productions. Among other things, she looks after celebrities at photo shooting sessions and events. With her advice, Mischa Oexle assists in developing a personal style, helping customers to get a feeling for how to combine colours and cuts in the right way for one's own particular type.

Coren Pollok

This designer, who holds a university diploma in the subject, can look back on many years of styling experience in the world of fashion, film and the theatre. Some milestones in the career of this professional stylist are Paris and New York. Together with her customers, Coren Pollok finds that certain something for the individual outfit and thanks to her professional advice, cunning inconsistencies in style will be child's play from now on.

With the Personal Shopping Service from LUDWIG BECK everyone can make a personal appointment for the styling coaching they are looking for. For a Personal Shopping you need to plan at least two hours. The price per hour is EUR 100. As a special gift, LUDWIG BECK will offer free style coaching to all Personal Shopping customers whose purchase amount to EUR 3.000 or more.
